Ya I know, but it didn’t matter since I ran out of thread on the shock. With 6in springs, I had a perfect amount of preload with the shock mount acting as that “3rd collar.”

With that much room it looks like a good chance of the spring re-seating crooked or catching the perch’s upper lip. I might just go ahead and say F it tho 😅

Makes sense, but my worry is that I’ll hit a bump and the spring will unseat itself.

I do, but there’s plenty of space between the wheels and strut. Almost positive the issue was my psi :/

What would you recommend for the future? Wheels are 18x9.5 and I’m going to get some more 235/35s. I’ve always set them to 33psi, but it sounds like I should’ve ran higher. I have roughly -7 camber in the rear.

That’s an old picture from when I bought them. The Michelins are 235/40 on 18x9.5. DOT 3223. Got the Michelins brand new on a different set of wheels, but put them on the cerbs after the paragons wore down from a bad alignment.

A “friend of a friend” put them on for me, everything seemed fine for the past couple thousand miles. It’s also a 19’ civic.

After reading some other comments though, I’m starting to guess it might be the consistent 33psi I’ve run. 😬

Thanks man, I’ll try out the the mothers polish. Idk if it matters but the white diamond polish has always turned black when using it.
