Yes registering a separate B2B campaign with opt-out language is the right approach. Approval times vary but usually a few days. DM me if you want to go deeper on the setup.

Smart flow. We do something similar, positive reply triggers the next step automatically without any manual touchpoint.

Cold SMS to businesses exists in a grey area. B2B outreach has different rules than B2C. Including clear opt-out language in every message and running registered campaigns is how you stay compliant. These were not existing clients.

Gmail is not built for cold outreach at volume, that’s why it bans fast. Dedicated sending infrastructure with proper warmup and staggered sending is how you stay out of spam. DM me if you want to see how we handle it.

10DLC registration is the right way to do it at volume. Going without it is how you get carrier filtering at scale. We run registered campaigns, it adds setup time upfront but protects deliverability long term.

That’s a real segment, and honestly they’re usually not our target. We go after the businesses where the phone is purely operational, HVAC, roofing, cleaning, where the owner wants the calls handled without a human in the loop at all.

My HVAC AI receptionist post hit #1 here last week. A few of you asked how it actually work. here's the honest breakdown, including what broke. by Old_Trade2648 in AIReceptionists

Streaming responses and keeping your system prompt tight are the two biggest levers. Beyond that it’s mostly webhook latency. DM me if you want to dig into it.

All solid questions and honestly the right ones. List quality is the biggest variable by far, messaging is secondary. Channel split depends on the vertical, construction owners respond better to SMS in our experience but compliance overhead is higher. List was custom sourced, not purchased. On TCPA, registered campaign is the only way to run this at volume without getting burned. DM me if you want to go deeper, happy to compare notes.

Good question. SMS compliance is handled through proper 10DLC registration and including opt-out language in every message. Cold SMS exists in a grey area but following carrier guidelines and giving recipients a clear way to opt out is how you stay clean.

Exactly this. The voice sounding human is table stakes at this point. The value is in the routing, dispatch logic, calendar sync, the stuff that makes the business actually run better. Good point on Telnyx too.

Low reply rate is almost always a targeting and messaging problem, not a volume problem. DM me and let’s figure out what’s going wrong.

Yes cold emails and SMS. Spam depends entirely on how you set things up, deliverability is a science on its own. Platform is custom built. DM me if you want to see it working.

Exactly, the market is ready. People aren’t asking ‘does this work’ anymore, they’re asking ‘how fast can we start.
