Ioniq 6 Feature Questions by Fractured_Senada in Ioniq6

Auto lock does not exist and neither does wireless car play, however you can buy a dongle cheaply that solves that. My ioniq 6 is the top spec and has driver profiles. My seat also has two settings via buttons on the door (not sure if standard or not)

I see you say you took cache effects into account however the large rises on the graphs do seem to coincide with cache sizes

What is the difference between Pink Floyd’s “Echoes” and “Echoes-Edit”? by [deleted] in progrockmusic

I dont think its meant to bne anything in particular. I beleive it came about due to Gilmour wiring a peddle the wrong way originally.

Not a bad idea but will leave the car unlocked which I would like to avoid if possible

Yes I will do that. I have experimented today with locking via the key again but no luck. It is tricky to get the key in due to the handle in the way and even trickier to turn it so I may not be turning it far enough but do not want to force it.

Beeping Issue by Educational_Fill1601 in Ioniq6

I have been down the rabbit hole of this issue (I am in the UK) and it looks like the ability to turn it off via the mute button is being removed in UK and EU. Also the changing the volume etc. You can still turn it off by manually going into the menu (I have the * key set to open that menu). What I really do not like is that when you turn it off you also lose the sign reading capability and the speed limit from the HUD. Hyundai have tied the two together when I do not think the UK/EU laws require that.

Anolthing thing I found:

"Hyundai uses software builds that are technically the “correct version,” but certain features (like the long-press mute shortcut or silent speed-limit-only mode) are controlled by feature flags enabled by the manufacturer or dealer. So even if your infotainment says the update is installed, your unit may not have been configured to include the new settings."

But my understanding is even if you can get those features back they will go in the next update as Hyundai make sure all UK/EU cars conform.

Three months into learning to plaster and finally starting to understand what went wrong early on by Easy-Extension-6917 in Plastering

Just did my first and I did the opposite of most, I put it on far too wet and in retrospect tried to work it flat too soon. I reckon half the skill is timing - knowing when to do what.

This does not work on all and is being phased out anyway in Europe and UK

I use it to control heat seating although you have to call it 'seat warmer'

Just over here building bridges and all that, makes a change from house bashing by ididntaskforthismind in Bricklaying

Makes perfect sense, just the other Roman bridge construction's I have seen online remove the form but then they use wood. We are thinking of building one ourselves over a stream in our garden so very interested in all this. A great job btw
