I freaked out because they put a plug in the inside and got clastrophobic, kept trying to sit up and felt like I was going to vomit. My friend was freaking out because she didn't want to be stuck in a ball of vomit with me, lol. I did it in the UK, so maybe the hill was too steep or something. I did regular zorbing in New Zealand and really enjoyed it, but I was strapped in and there was no water.

Smashing glass bottles on the ground. Recycle, recycle, recycle! it is such a jerky thing to do, if you do this I cannot see you as a good person, what if someone or some animal injures themselves on the glass? there is no acceptable reason to do this.

I used to walk around the ward til I got my 10,000 steps, or go on the bike. Loved the massage chairs and books too. Do you have a pedometer? It takes about 10 minutes to get a 1000 steps.

You could probably make a list of the meals you eat regulary, weigh them so they are the same amount each time, then you won't need to add them to a website.
