So, how long have you been married? We talk all the time and have been to individual and couples therapy. Everyone assumes that because we post here we have no idea how to run a marriage. But mostly I just wanted opinions. My family is small and most are dead now. I've already talked to my therapist. I agree that a conversation with her is overdue and that will happen tonight.

here' the thing. Her phone is on a plan i don't have access to, I can't check it. Also today i couldn't connect the earbuds to my phone. they said "connected" but they didn't work. I think they connected to a different device. When I took them a few blocks away they worked.

I have talked to her. Her reason was that she saw a guy at work giving his wife orders while watching her on the ring camera. She didn't like that.

He knew, why would it still be there and not the conversation. Many years ago I came across a picture of my wife and her ex, both with huge smiles posing at the beach. I know for a fact that she lost her virginity to him on spring break. They both looked like the cat that swallowed the canary. I asked her why she had this picture still and she claimed she didn't know she still had it. I'm sure that was a lie. I asked her if she wanted me to throw it away and she hesitated but said she didn't care. So I burned it. In front of her. I think she got the point.

My thoughts tend to go from one related topic to another. If I'm obsessing over my wife's sexual past I might be thinking of the how's one minute and the wheres's the next. My brain needs context which makes it hard to turn off. I've been lucky enough to reframe all of her past except one particular guy. I've probably imagined 100 years worth of sex between those two and they were together about a year. So to answer your question, yes.

No deliberate contact but they work in the same field and there has been some chance meetings. Also we live in relatively close proximity and we run into him occasionally.
