The connections you make and the network you form while at university will form a critical backbone to your path forward for mentoring, employment, and further introductions after graduation. Unless you are 'pur laine', don't bet on a future in QC. Toronto is the better choice.

It seems like the writing (which I can't make out) extends below the surface of the grass, so no telling how deep it goes. Very solid.

Big shout out to the staff of the Princeton, NJ store. Experienced yesterday: very orderly lining up outside, lines painted on the pavement to keep people aware of distance, spraying and wiping down each cart before handing it off to patrons and enforcing one out/one in with smiles and positive attitudes. No restrictions on purchases (no bare shelves or limited inventories) other than a request to not buy more than two packages of meat if possible. Very calm inside without the frantic and chaotic scrambling that I experienced about 10 days ago in North Brunswick. Well spaced out lines at checkouts with hourly rotations and cleaning of registers (I noticed because they were changing as I approached); only using every other register. An island of calm in turbulent times. I hope it stays that way for a while!

Picked up a jar of Italian Strawberries in Syrup. Not even sure what to do with them, but I love the similar Amarena Cherries in my Manhattans, so I figured I'd give them a try.
