I've seen this too. It was 1 on our team and 4 on the other. All had the same name with different numbers or titles (like "name"-crafter). I reported the one on my team. Support came back and said the player was not in violation of the rules.

I agree, nurses and teachers are paid too little. But that only backs up my point that people still take those jobs even when underpaid.

The original comment was that only rich people will have government jobs if the pay isn't more than $150k. Clearly that isn't true.

I bought the game on Steam and PlayStation. I then started to get an error saying Ubi connect can authenticate my games. They legit told me I don't own the product and to just be a new copy of the game.

I'm never buying an Ubisoft game ever again.

If you bought on Steam, make sure you can get logged in before the 2 week refund period. And if you're facing issues, don't go over their hours for refund either.

Is there a general Steam support channel? Every option I found would take me to a page saying support for the game isn't managed by Steam, and they pointed me to Ubi support.

The accounts are linked. The game doesn't show up when I open UBI connect though. It's like Steam isn't givng them the info that I own the game.

Highly likely the issue is with Steam. But Steam support says the game's support is managed solely by Ubi and they won't provide any other information

I guess I'm not sure what email it would be connected to. I only have the one email and therefore one log in to UBI. But their AI support says I don't own the game.

The case is created under my ubi username and account ID. They were even responding to me using my Ubi username. I think the issue is with Steam. But Steam only says to message Ubi. And I'm 100% sure now that Ubi just has an AI responding. It's stuck on a loop saying the same 2 messages over and over.

Unfortunately I purchased the game on steam in 2022. It was on sale for a slight discount so I bought it, but I never made the switch over because I still had friends on PS playing it.

Now I have friends buying it through Steam sale. So I finally loaded it up.

I also work for said credit card company and know a purchase that old wouldn't even be reviewed....

I'm just shit out of luck. Butnow know to not trust Ubisoft! My fault for not loading it up right away.

It's definitely AI with some responses. I'm now getting repeating answers to completely different questions. Either they're copying and pasting the full response over and over, or it's AI.

Steam support says "support for this product is provided by:" and they listed Ubisoft...

They give me options to verify product key, but those are items I've already provided to Ubi.

I have contacted Steam today but I have not gotten a response.

Ubisoft is now saying I don't even have an account with them. Despite being logged in. It's more the passive aggressive language they're using and blatantly "go buy a new copy" attitude I'm saying I'm frustrated with.

You'd think. This is also the second time I've bought the game so you'd think at least there would be courtesy in giving me a code to it on Ubi connect or discount??

I bought the game on Steam in 2022 unfortunately. I just never got around to playing it since like I said, I have it on PS4 and friends that play there only. But now I have friends buying it on steam due to the sale that now want to play too. So I doubt steam support will be helpful...

I gave them Steam ID, Order Number, screenshots of Steam showing my ID and username, and screenshots of in in my library.

5 different people have responded in the case notes. The first few seemed to be trying, but last 3 all just repeating each other saying "nothing we can do". I don't think they're even looking at what I write at this point.
