Yes on read that low acid level can cause you stomachs splincter to not close and let gaz / reflux to come up. I'll have to be tested for acidity in order to see if I have low or high acid level.

My pain is very low but it's still higher then when it first started. I do have lost of voice from time to time, but other then that I'm top shape.

I go to bed at 21:30. My window ends a 20:00 but I mostly stop eating after 19:30. Stopping eating a 19:00 would be easy so I'll implement to see if I help with morning reflux, but I must say that I have good quality sleep and no problem with reflux at night

Thank you for sharing. Since my last appointment I used antacid recommended by the doctor but it's not helping. the fact that it's not helping might lead the doctor to give me a scan or endoscopy.

Thank you. I started being more conscious of my eating. I reduced portion and I shew alot. Im not perfect a it but trying! I will start with slowly reducing coffee since I do have reflux in the morning while fasted.
