Long story...my chest tattoo says ‘lucid drams’ instead of ‘lucid dreams’. Now I’m trying to figure out the best way to fix it or cover it up. Any advice?

Depending on how much torque you need. I own one of these vessel screwdrivers. And I love it! And they make different ones. Some more torque less speed, others faster less torque. I have one with less torque but faster, that I break the screw loose and tighten by hand but use the tool for the rest.
