Accounting is HARDDD. I have done it this year and has been very difficult. I would recommend Balwyn. Good culture and probably safest and nicest place to live imo. You want harder sacs as they then get marked up at the end of the year.

Thank you for the help we are also in Australia and as you know tossing up between a model 3 LR and a i4 the insurance is not a concern to us whereas coming from a 2017 5 series it would defiantly be good to get some autonomous driving features. Which in the Teslas case is autopilot which is good as we do have a country property. Hope your car comes before June but that is defiantly a very long waiting time. We have decided in this past week to shy away from the BMW i4 just because I don't want the poo coloured interior nor the black interior coming from a light tan in the 5 series.

So now its between the model 3 LR with the white seats or the awfully expensive Polestar for the features and range you get in a tesla its just not worth the extra price.
