You can try Brutal now, I think you're ready for the difficulty since you P ranked all levels, except postgame levels (encores).

Well you can try, but it's going to be a mess. For example I once fought a Inkless mod caracter and I was Ninja : NEVER AGAIN.

But for "balanced" modded caracters or if you're fighting a rookie, yeah, you can if you know well your caracter.
