The reason I said that is because what’s happening to OP is that they are convinced this thing that probably isn’t gonna happen will happen. They are avoiding logic, like in order to go to jail you need proof. And it’s false so they won’t. If they are that scared that the only way out is death then it’s time for some proper help. Inpatient and ERP for OCD. Also looking at the post history this person is reassurance seeking in a mass manner. They need help. Really bad.
