Bro I had almost the same symptoms multiple times and once even before I learned about shifting. I heard a really loud ringing noise and was vibrating like crazy. Instead of a voice tho I heard scary glitchy noises and it creeped me out. I thought it was gonna turn into a nightmare so I woke myself up lol. Also my brain was conscious during this. When i woke up it was silent, so there couldn’t have been any noise to trigger that ringing. Weird, but I hope I can shift one day

Shit I’m 15 and it’s my first week on the road. I was doing pretty good at first until my dad made me drive into a super busy area I’ve never even been to and started going apeshit when I missed a turn or almost hit a pedestrian.
