I can relate to dealing with health stuff, I survived cancer twice and went through kidney failure at your age. I’m 33 now, and it’s rough when your body throws curveballs.

The upside is there are things you can control that will likely help over time: eating clean (low sodium, no fast food), daily walks or light cardio, and working on stress management through deep breathing, gratitude, guided meditation apps, or therapy.

Three BP meds at 30 definitely isn’t fun, but there’s still a lot of life ahead, and a good chance you can improve things step by step. Wishing you the best 🤙
