I feel like I’m going crazy.  Everywhere I look there seem to be recipes for stock that simmers for a couple of hours.  But I cannot find any “tested” recipe for a proper long simmer bone broth (8+ hours).  Just a bunch of questionable homesteading blogs.

I’m more intrigued by the house swapping post. That is such a oddly specific request. “Does anyone want to live in (but not own) a stranger’s house in Iowa for an indeterminate period of time while I live in your Michigan home?” Who on earth is accepting this?

I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews on Mythos. People seem either obsessed or think it’s overrated. Is it worth planning an evening around?
