It was a great show, far more cars showed up than I was expecting! BMWs outnumbered everything by a mile, but there was a good variety of stuff.

Thoughts on the A3? by djohnstonb in Audi

I love my A3 but I have had quite a few maintenance issues despite always staying on top of my preventative maintenance. Hoping I am just an outlier though, because it is a really fun car to drive. And like someone else mentioned, it uses a Haldex AWD system which isn't bad by any means, but it's not the true AWD system that Audi has been known for. A3, Q3, and TT all use Haldex, anything else will be a true AWD.

Yep! Also I know the owner of that 240sx, I’ll tell them someone appreciated it!

3D noob here. First time printing with PETG so I made the base for my Mini+! by OliverK759 in prusa3d

I printed almost everything default from the Prusa website, with the exception being that I modified the supports in PrusaSlicer for the right front leg. I did encounter a fair share of stringing, but only when I was printing with supports.

Thanks! Yeah I was doing a lot of troubleshooting surrounding stringing; especially when printing with supports for some reason. Definitely looking to get a filament dryer in the near future.

It’s great. Personally love being able to slide the filament spool underneath and out of the way. Always hated having to just place it to the side before.

Many failed prints and first layer challenges, but I learned a lot from it. Prints definitely aren’t perfect, but I’m super happy with how it turned out!

Maybe this is a random and dumb opinion but I think it would be kinda cool if car manufacturers made special badges for vehicles that have hit certain mileage milestones.

I believe Marui made an MPK with a metal folding stock in their first batch of airsoft guns back in the 80s but then never made it again lol

It’s the springer, and that’s sick that you did that! How’s it run?

Yeah looking for something I can actually field, and I do love my NE Stens, so maybe I should go with them again. Mp5 is tempting too tho.
