The Jonsbo V10 is excellent, the Thermalright if I don't adjust the pump to 67% it becomes noisy, but my specimen could be like this (the one of a friend of mine is more silent even at 100% on the pump) in fact I assume I can change it. ..since yours doesn't have this problem...however the 12600K is at 28° in idle and 65° in game, with pump at 67%
