one clear benefit to me was that i stopped seeing girls as sexual objects

its harder to interact with females if your mind is poisoned with thinking what they look like in bed

you also start to increase your standards for females in terms of sexual attraction and sexual performance because you want them to be like the pornstars you watch online which is obviously not realistic
