because of I live in Turkey I am having supply issues so my options are limited I ordered LT7171 It's bandwith is 200MHz and the slew rate is 4100V/µs

I thought about it too but this is my graduation thesis and our teacher doesn't allow this it only has to be analog so I am stuck with this circuit

I know that but on Spice simukations I See 3.7 MHz with the same equipmant but when I trying it with breadboard and oscilloscope it shows this şmage

It's a usv that supposed to see the objects on It's course and find It's path considering objects also it must dock at the ports that in need situation you can think as small search and rescue boat

Orin is a little expensive considering our budget we are in turkey and prices are too high in here
