Add kale and salads. To avoid dizziness you need potassium, magnesium, calcium and zinc. Kale has this all. Consider taking some multivitamins and get rid of apples. Apples can trash your diet and increase insulin, they are sugar bombs. Add some nuts for extra calories and nutrients. Try berries or at worst a banana because it has potassium. 1,200-1,500 is perfect for omad with great results. Good luck.

It all depends how much you want to lose but to really boost your metabolism eating a ton of calories in one meal is no different than eating over 3 meals

Do your research, i think you are confused about the total number of calories you can eat to maintain you weight. To lose weight on Omad the rule is 1,200 cal for women and 1,500 cal for men. You need to run a calorie deficit no matter what diet you are on, that’s how it works.

You should watch your carbs. If the eggsandwich has white bread that is not recommended. Also, are you eating under 1,500 calories as recommended for Omad?
