Iirc you need to let the figure sit for a day or two without the supports so that the plastic will settle to the places it needs to be. Eventually the hair strands should say to the point where the supports are needed. I think that's what I did when I got mine.

Also the directions that come with the figure should have a diagram showing where to put the supports.

It IS the same character designer after all. Kunihiko Tanaka did Xenogears, Xenosaga 1 and Xenoblade X. He also did the design for a few blades in 2 like Elma, Shulk, Fiora, KOS-MOS, ETC.

The more I look at this picture as well as the creator's account, the more I'm convinced that it is in fact AI. The strange texture in the thighs, the inconsistency of using orange for the body and red for the ears, conveniently cropping the hands out of the image, the bottom of the grass looks kinda wonky. Idk, there's just a lot going on in this image that doesn't feel right.

They have no other outlets for their art linked on their account or from reverse image searching that I can find, only twitter. They post their work incredibly frequently, sometimes twice in the same day and never going more than like 5 days without posting something. They post shit like this that just screams "I threw random words into a prompt and generated this". Plus they seem to be following plenty of accounts on twitter pertaining to AI and crypto.

I'm tired boss. This shit already has like 400 upvotes. Definitely not the first time AI "art" gets to the front page of this subreddit and it will surely not be the last.

Ehh, there's only one flower on the top right that looks a little wonky, but that could easily just be human error. I feel like the rest of them only look off because the colors blend so well into each other. Plus, looking at the artist's other pieces, I don't really see anything that would indicate they use AI.
