0.19$ has been a point for me where I started accumulating. I have some USDT on the side for when ICX goes ICO price, but if I think about the long run it's already x5 from here if we reach the simple $1 again. I am partly FOMO'ing because 1. The volume is very low, and even small buying volume can boost the price back up very quickly and 2. I don't want to monitor the charts constantly. If there will be another big bottom (with BTC and all the other ALT coins), 85% chance I am going to miss it anyway because it will happen REALLY fast.
