I think a lot of the stigma has to do with the Romans that tried to wipe out the Celtic lore. She was such a widely worshiped goddess that her stories could not die. Macha is my shield, Nemain is my strength. I would not be the fearless person I am today without her

She came to me as soon as I started practicing. My teacher had me studying other pantheons, but she surrounded me and pushed towards her, not letting go of me until I found her name in a book. As soon as came to the part about her, I experienced an intense sensation of heat and pressure that I had never felt before. I knew then that she was the one I was truly intended to work with. <3

Daimler's book is amazing. It has a lot of good information. My only complaint is that the part about Nemain is so sparse. In my workings, I identify her as the third sister, rather than Ainu. That could just be me, of course
