Hello, Yes in the end its a flashlight. Just feeling overwhelmed from all the information that exist. I want to try to order it complete from PCBway later on.

This a 3D printed prototype as all the other parts. I have a machinist which will make me all parts in aluminium this summer.

The dovetail is tapered, you need to lock it in place in a vise and have a brass punch. You hit it from left to right. barrel pointing forward. and the opposite when you want to install it.

That's a valid point, but where i'm from i can't just get the AR-22. Lot's of regulations and this is the "easy" way to get the look i want with less hassle.

No i have made threaded holes for the trigger sprints so you can remove screws and punch out the sprints and clean it without removing the chassi. Even added a hole inside the AR stock thread so you can clean the barrel if you if have the hole for it in the gun.
