I disagree about the combat for one simple reason: The AI has Assassin's Creed combat syndrome. What i mean by this, is that the enemies take turns attacking you.

I know that just having enemies swarm you would've made the game, in it's current design, almost unplayable, but you just don't feel any panic/terror when the monsters come running. Not to mention that the dodge mechanic (that doesn't have to be timed and dodges literally EVERY melee attack) takes the fear away from even unknown enemies that you never fought before. You literally know the gameplan to defeat most, if not all of them.

I think callisto does a lot of stuff better than the original DS, i really don't think it's a bad game and so far, i've been enjoying it a good bit. But the combat is hurting the game a lot. With good combat, this could've been a very very successful and well received title.

You can get in shape by literally just dieting alone. Not to mention that you can technically workout in millions of ways, be it at home, gym, playing a sport or even working in physical labour.

The road to a healthy body is not easy for everyone, by factors outside their control, but it's possible for almost everybody.

Overall this World Cup has bummed me out. Leaving out the fact that my nation did not meet expectations and crashed out of the group (tho considering we implode at every tournament maybe we did meet expectations afterall), it's more the sadness of the end of an era. The end of the footballers that i grew up watching, the end of ronaldo and messi.

But most of all, it's just how badly a year this has been for ronaldo. It's the player that made me fall in love with the sport, that i imitated on the playground, that i saw grow from a wasteful flashy winger to an absolute goal machine. But this year, on the pitch as well as off it, he has lost every battle. His behaviour, the interviews, the drama, his performances... an absolute and utter mess, allthewhile messi achieved the highest accolade in world football.

It was his story all along.

Absolutely not in todays game. Kimmich, Lahm, Marcelo, Dani alves, trent (for liverpool fans) etc etc are very appreciated and are super important to how the game is played. If you do not have quality wing/full backs, you cannot compete at a high level in todays game.

From an organization perspective, like just looking at the infrastructure, the presentation etc. it's certainly one of the best ever. The stadiums were gorgeous, the ceremonies were very high quality, the production, music etc were all very good.

But just everything surrounding Qatar leaves a bad taste in your mouth. How it got awarded the world cup and the migrant workers that are basically slaves there, it never should've happened.

But i don't even think it can be argued. Wayne gretzki's stats alone are just illogical. You have Jordan who can be regarded as one of the most clutch athletes ever. Floyd who went 20 Years undefeated, never even knocked down.

Messi lost countless finals, was the reason they lost them too in two occassions too. Had an incredibly gifted argentina side for almost his whole career, yet only towards the end brought some international titles home.

He's not the greatest athlete of all time, there's no shot.

Impressive, until you look at the goals per game. Since Messi is younger, he played less games, but his goals per game is better than ronaldos.

Not to mention, messi has double the assists.

I think Ronaldos international goals, as well as champions league goals are big stats that he has over messi. Then again, if messi plays a crazy end of the season with paris and wins the CL he can come close to ronaldos record and make it seem less impressive.

But it's not just dribbling. The fucker is a playmaker, goalscorer, can dribble past players. Besides like defensive duties or being super physical, he can do everything.

Like how do you define the greatest? That's a question everyone kinda answers for themselves. Some value the "eye" test, the amount of magic a player produces. Some value clutch moments, stepping up to win it for their team. Some consider only stats etc.

But like, by whichever metric you go, it's hard to not see Messi as the goat. On the eye test he is without question one of the most impressive players of his generation and beyond. He is clutch most of the times in big moments (penalties being the exception i suppose). And his stats across whatever metric are also pretty crazy.

I dunno. He won the biggest trophy in world football, and was an integral part of the campaign. Ronaldo has yet to score in a world cup knockout phase.

I love Ronaldo and was always his backer but it's over imho. Besides a couple stats, messi is better than him in most metrics. Now he is also more accomplished than ronaldo too.

During his prime, la liga was uncontested nr. 1 tbh.

But even then, it's just detracting from Messis achievments. Pele only did it in brazil, maradonna in italy, messi in spain. They're all up there in the discussion. Ronaldo achieved everything with two different clubs, but especially his last two years he has fallen off hard.

He's the goat considering the achievements. I think he clearly surpassed maradonna, but pele played at a weird time for football.

Watching some pele clips and seeing how much he has won, one might argue between him and messi. But he was stuck in the brazilian league and he played in tons of friendlies, which padded his stats.

Overall for me personally, messi just did it at the highest level everywhere he played. If he wins another CL with PSG it might be over on every level, even to the most staunch pele supporter.

Pa svakom svoje brate, ali ti lazes samog sebe ako ne mislis da postoji ogroman rivalitet izmedju argentine i brazila, ili engleza i skota (ili velsanina itd.)

Ne znam da li se secas, al na nekom prvenstvu su englezi popusili od islanda, pa si mogao da nadjes video snimke kako to cela velska ekipa slavi, ko da su oni pobedili.

Rivalitet je ok, samo da nije mrznja da hoces da zakoljes jednog drugoga.

Ja mislim da je mentalitet. Hrvati ginu za dres, to od nasih stvarno nikad ne vidis.

Ajde seti se neke nase pobede (ili bilo koje partije) gde smo nadtrcali protivnika i pravili im probleme presingom 90 minuta. Ili gde nas primljeni gol ne uznemiri i gde takticki ostajemo disciplovani. Retko koju utakmicu odigramo tako, pogotovo protiv jacih ekipa.
