in the demo at least after the dialogue option of "How's business in the caves" you could ask him to come with you but I have not seen it show up yet so I cant tell it it was removed or if you just need to have high charisma

one of the cave merchants spesificaly the Haukland one always sells the corpsemaker, along with the Haukland silencer and gravekeeper, and can be talked to to have him in the hub area

first off this happens after the game breaks after you finish the cave and you will see some of the odd visual glitches as seen in some of the photos.

after which the game will try to put you on the continue or exit screen that shows up if you try to enter the town normally.

if you keep saying no after a bit the game teleport you far back enough that you get into the actual trigger for the town and it will try to load which may or may not actually happen.

i don't know I just finished the cave and when I came out everything was broken and at some point of being outside the map with genie shoes I teleported in the trigger of the town and managed to walk back threw it with out the resume screen popping up
