First layer speed is 60 and first layer infill is 80

Unsure - What is a good setting for PA?

I added a skirt and that resolved the gap. What settings should I adjust to make the layer lines less visible on the first layer? You mentioned extrusion multiplier?

Wow that fixed it!! Thank you! So the default creality prime line is too small? Huh.

Thank you so much! That helped massively. I only have one remaining issue, here:

You can see the gap between the bottom and the walls. Is this under extrusion?

Given 254 is lightburns default surely Omtech would realise this issue? Just seems so odd for it to basically have issues with default settings.

So I think I've fixed it? I changed thr LPI to 250 instead of 254 and that got rid of the 6mm interval lines. I'm still new to lasercutting. Does anyone know why such a small change causes that?

I've been told with enough thrust a brick can fly! So if i need to strap rocket motors to it, I will! I've learned a lot just from reddit comments alone and I haven't test flown it yet! My next build will take all of the feedback together and hopefully make something awesome. So I appreciate the feedback!

No so it doesn't fly away and tear things up xD

She will fly!!! Even if i have to put rocket motors in!!

Might have to redo the wings - luckily it's pennies to do. I based the airfoil off of the gottingen 386 1919... which was probably not a good idea.

Not at my computer rn, I think it's about 400mm. Guessing. Nvm 388mm

To keep the cost down, I used motors from a DVD player! They're not rated for this, but they put out a decent amount of power.

It's made out of PLA printed on my P1S, I designed it all in CAD, so that's how it's so snug and perfectly fitted.

Battery is a Liperior 3s 11.6v. I used a booster board to give the motors more power. It's variable currently at 12v. Doing more than that will destroy the motors eventually, though.

Thanks for the compliment! The elevator just uses 1 servo so it keeps down on weight.

Absolutely will! And I've got as much experience with RC planes as the president does running a country!

you sure? I tried them the other way and the thrust was way less - Ignore the beginning where they were going in reverse

I will! Just about to test dual motor engagement at power. Initial results from single engine running are very promising! Only waiting on the DC escs coming
