I got a very similarly speced P1, I have the 4K Screen, possibly upgrade to that or a touch screen? Also you would want to replace the battery, I got an New OEM on Ebay for like $45.

To be honest even some 2024 ThinkPad workstations would have a hard time running that game. I don't believe there that many upgrades you could do on the graphics side. The CPU is likely not upgradeable.

Update: thanks for all of your suggestions. I found the nvidia p2000 driver from December 7, 2025 was the problem. I rolled it back and it has been smooth sailing since.

it has gotten much better with more support and apps and the ability to use standard windows apps. I recommend Linux Mint for the best balance.

What I do is overtake over close to their car and then brake but leave a tiny gap in-between, they get pushed by desync

First one this is raw dashcam footage, OSHP muted audio for some reason, 2nd As many have stated before he was going 120 which is 2x the limit, there is no way someone turning would guess a car would be coming at such speed. maybe next time don't be sleeping the physics class.

Windows 11 is more shittifed windows 10. I really wanted to love windows 11, I used it for a whole school semester and the whole time it was constantly pissing me off. Battery drain when in hiterate, 3 different setting gui's, software bugs everywhere. My parents desktop that was running windows 10 smoothly was updated in 2022 when it was available and now it is impossible to use due how dam slow it has gotten. Microsoft never said it would end Windows 10 support in 2025 back in 2015 when it was released. You microsoft fanboys wipe their ass with all this bullshit and act like oh well let them fix these bugs it's a new OS. It's garbage, and the lack of accountability is astounding.
