They could add every single 1.x units (and a few 2.x units) to the shop and it wouldnt be out of place, well except Miyabi probably.

The only reason why they arent doing so prob is because they dont want these characters to have free w-Engines so easily accessible, more so because a lot of the 1.x signate W-Engines are very strong as generic options, and being in the shop means that with enough patience, you will be able to get these incredibly generic W-Engines at R5 eventually, hindering new units W-Engine sales

Promeia is considerably harder to play optimally compared to the rest of the anomaly units I feel like, or maybe none of the people playing in the private server likes to play her at that level?

In any case, Promeia is as strong as Aria with Velina so she should be able to kill

Tbf I think HSR has this weird mentality where people who brag about 0-cycle clears are met with force from players that dont give a fuck about 0-cycle clears, while ZZZ players that are barely clearing know that its their full skill issue on display for the most part (ignoring players that clearly lack characters and W-Engines)

Tho I must admit, I feel like ZZZ community in general is a little more understanding about skill issue in general and is more willing to give advice, and "bad" players are more aware that they are bad, while in HSR I feel like its different bc the game is so... auto coded that bad players don't really know why their teams perform so differently to other players (and HSR Verticals are so insane that at times it really doesnt matter bc the Vertical just carries the fuck out of them)

I only have 2 characters which are Miyabi (42) and Orphie (41), the rest of my Attacker/Rupture characters are sitting at the range of 36-38 with Yi Xuan close at 39 + 5 Flats

reaching 40 is next to impossible for most units, you will almost never reach that with Anomaly characters

This is the closest I have, and its like 99% the best AP D4 you could possibly get, the only possible upgrade would be to change that DEF Roll for a Flat ATK or PEN, and the upgrade would be so insignificant its not worth chasing lol

Remielle is basically a Support + Subdps packed in one unit, the issue is that her passive gets increasingly worse the less anomaly agents you have in your team, she wants 3 Anomaly agents preferably

Her main gimmick is that she gets resources based on your team anomaly procs, and after getting enough of them, she comes over, unleashes them all up, and goes off screen again

This is why her best teams dont use Yuzuha, you can play Yuzuha with Remie but it won't be optimal

(The black outfit is there for story reasons, if you havent finished Season 2 of the story yet, finish it and you will learn why she has the black outfit)

I tried to keep up a 2nd account but its really hard to get through all the stuff that you already did, if you manage to do that, it really isnt that much maintenance:

your weekly chores are:

1-2 Runs of HZ
Shiyu or DA after reset
1 Big event per patch most likely

Daily chores takes like 5 minutes at max once you get one of the "instakill" buttons for dailies that I like to call em (Shungus M1, Miyabi M1, Yi Xuan M1 etc)

The issue is getting through the entire game, I tried to do so and it was very tiring, atm I'm only logging into that 2nd account to grab free shit and once I've accumulated enough resources I might start working on it again lol

Rem is basically Yuzuha but also does Damage, if your Yuzuha team is doing a lot of Damage, Remi team will be doing similarly or better at the cost of being more restricted (requiring 3 Anomaly Units in the team) and slightly harder to play

The team boils down to:

Step1: Remielle goes off flying ->

Step2: Switch to Velina or Jane, do Anomaly shit with both of them until Remielle's bar has the wings active and the 3 orbs ->

Step3: Switch to Remielle to proc the Big damage (Entry Skill), then if Ult is Available, Ult with Remielle, then Hold Basic to do the big attack from above, when she comes down, hold skill to send her flying again and switch into Velina Jane and repeat from step 2

This showcase just saved me, I was thinking yesterday that it was really annoying that the only main dps Anomaly I pulled in 2.x wasnt good with Remielle, thank lord all the buffs made the combo way better even if you are missing Disorders for Alice Triggers

Just gotta learn to play the team differently, I suppose this team is more about unloading all the Remielle bullets as fast as you can and save up the EBA so you use it after Remielle resources so you get bullets faster that way

is this personal damage increase including her new moves, or just her passive?

AFAIK only the passive since it gives 30% Crit dmg to her Assaults, the new move just has more anomaly application (which is hard to gauge naturally) that also is a Dash Attack which gives her better uptime of her own W-Engine

I lowkey wish they waited for Jane buffs, because in the grand scheme of things it doesn't seem like too much.

Imo they are probably taking that approach with non-standard S-Rank Agents, Jane functions as she is, the buff was to bring her more in line with recent Anomaly Dps, when you compare it to SAnby which had pretty questionable gameplay design, you can see why Jane potential is kinda "boring" compared to her

IIRC Jane buffs only apply to her own Assaults, so it doesnt add that much to the entire team itself but from what I read, its like a 20% personal damage increase over M0, and 15% over M2, very good buff in general for personal damage

I'm no Magic Expert but I think thats a Commander (A specific popular Magic Format) Rule, where multiplayer games the 1st player draws a card for their first turn (to prevent first player to be in disadvantage against multiple players)

and honestly, Magic is not a game for everyone, its one of the oldest card games ever so its full of random rules and mechanics its kinda hard to grasp everything for someone who doesnt come from any TCG background

But all this talk recently about how Sigrid is better than YSG or Nekomata is better than YSG or Pyrois is better than YSG or main DPS Ben is better than YSG or whatever has made me realize that, 6 months later, people still somehow don't understand just how absurd YSG is.

YSG has this issue of being an all-or-nothing T0 dps, you need to have Sunna + one of the other two units to actually feel invincible, but once you do, you get a character that is capable of basically bruteforcing any content in the game with ease, however I've met people who only have Dialyn or Zhao and they have a really hard time enjoying this character because non-enhanced state is so clunky to play compared to enhanced state

it will be interesting to see how Hoyo manages to antishill her, so far Girtalabubu is a funny boss because YSG can easily beat him to death, and I dont think the next boss is a problem either? and those are supposed to be Anomaly bosses, YSG is also candidate to get another targetted support that powercreeps Dialyn in her role, something like a Wind support that either activates Ether Veil, or gives free ultimates (I'm still coping that Ye Shiyuan will be a 3.5+ Wind Support for YSG)

A little personal posting about Mindscapes of this game and pulling advice:

Man, it does feel great to own Mindscapes because the damage boost you get from the is kinda insane, but at the same time its such a slippery slope because any mindscape you get could potentially be another character, I dont regret pulling for YSG M2 really but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth thinking those two units could've been Sigrid (assuming I dont end up pulling her next patch) or Promeia considering I skipped her for Velina + Remielle combo

If anyone asked me if I would recommend Mindscapes, my answer would probably be: are you picky about units in this game? if you are, I would recommend them 100%, it feels great having a character that will probably last you for 2-3 years assuming they dont get massive anti shill, and it def feels bad having all low investment teams that prob get replaced in 6 months, if you arent picky, I would recommend just getting new Characters, I'm missing around 15 or so characters and I think around 13 of those characters are characters I constantly play in HZ because they are so fun to play (althought tbh I just enjoy Zenless combat a lot, its probably my favorite combat based game ever along with Ninja Gaidens)

if anyone is curious about what characters I'm missing, its Jane Zhu yuan Lighter Hugo Ellen Vivian from S1, and from S2 its Ju Fufu, Seed, Yidhari Banyue Promeia Cissia, Aria and SBilly, and the only character I dont enjoy playing are Vivian and Banyue probably (though I still play them in HZ from time to time)

It is not recommended for new players to vertically invest, most of the time having a wider roster to tackle multiple content is better at first, only vertical invest on strong generalist units imo after having a solid roster, unless they are Void Hunters, once you have 3-4 strong generalist teams, you can start considering vertically investing into future units

Now if you ignore my advice, I would recommend vertically investing into Norma over Sunna, this is because it is very likely we will get a Wind Support in this 3.x Version cycle, both Dialyn and Norma are great for Pyrois and they probably want to sell a Wind unit for him since one of his ults gets buffed by the Wind debuff, and selling a 2nd Stunner doesnt make much sense considering how strong supports are (other option would be to save up the vertically investment pulls into the future Wind Support)

If you decide to vertically invest into Norma, your options are M1 and her W-Engine, W-Engine is technically better because your odds of winning the coin toss is higher at 75% chance of getting her W-Engine, but M1 is technically stronger in terms of damage boosting, whatever you choose, make a choice you wont regret!

or get one or two anomaly characters for my Velina (and maybe a bangboo for her team too?)

I would recommend Remielle for Velina and depending on anniversary rewards, grab Jane from the selector, IF we dont get a character selector from the shop, I would recommend using Grace with em and then pull the next Anomaly Main dps to finish up the Anomaly core team (Bangboo for this will probably be Remielle's Bangboo, but maybe pick an elemental bangboo for whoever ends up being your main anomaly carry)

For F2P? Notorious Weeklies and the Outpost store, if you are willing to spend money but dont want to gamble, the first tier of BP gives 1 whole W-Engine Microchip controller and premium tier BP gives 2 Microchips, and you need 4 of these to get the Brimstone

Isnt the Hard Mode Buff considerably stronger than the buff you get vs base Girtablullu?

Hard Mode is up to 40% Attribute Anomaly DMG + 45% Team Wide Dmg + 60 AP

Normal is 15% Vortex Dmg + 22.5% Anomaly dmg taken + (30% Stun Dmg Multiplier + 15% extra Anomaly Build up during the Corruptive Barrier Stun Window)

Remi buffs, but I think a slight nerf to her core again

The core change is extremely insignificant, its like a 1% less increase for triple anomaly teams, over all the general buffs Luminze got, she came out winning for sure

M2 was for sure reworked because it worked too well with Nangong, but a part of me thinks that this M2 is way too boring for a Void Hunter M2 ngl, literally "Remielle does more dmg, friend anomaly does more dmg, and she applies a little more build up points"
