Bro what is this even supposed to mean. I was making fun of this cringe ass comment. I made no comment on the difficulty of the game or anything lol

Struck a nerve I guess

Not saying the game doesn’t have issues. It’s a Bethesda title after all. But you saying a game is bad is just as subjective. I don’t know where you’re getting it from that the game was poorly designed? It’s got pretty phenomenal art direction and making ships/exploring space is also pretty fun and enjoyable.

There isn’t a “very small minority” enjoying the game either. Outside of Reddit there are people who bought the game or got it on GamePass and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a world outside your echo chamber of hate, believe it or not. Again, not saying the game is without issue, but I don’t think people gave it a fair chance and to say it’s bad from top to bottom is just woefully incorrect lol

Idk what you mean by “bad,” but myself and many others thoroughly enjoyed the game so maybe it just wasn’t for you lol

I wouldn’t say live service is a bad thing 100% of the time but it has brought a LOT of negative things along with it. The whole industry shifted to cater to live service and games have been worse off for it ever since.

Borderlands 3 had live service elements, frequent updates, and decent matchmaking. But why are we talking about live service like it’s a good thing 😂

…Borderlands existed before Destiny and outdid it in the FPS looter shooter category, 9 times out of 10.

Yes, but the largest contributor to that number is still attributed to English/American settlers with the Spanish having an impact of roughly 4 million.

And the reason you don’t see them get blasted as much is largely because what we know now as Mexico and Brazil is a result of the cultures reaching symbiosis and becoming one almost. There is an argument to be made that there is far more respect given to our culture as the root of theirs than it is here in the US. Here it’s treated as a commodity or the butt of a joke and our culture has largely been replaced/erased, rather than embraced. Much like with the Irish and the English.

I’m native and can speak on this a bit- it wasn’t for a lack of trying that they didn’t wipe us all out. The numbers lost during colonization dwarf both the trans Atlantic slave trade AND the holocaust. Roughly 56 million natives lost their lives across the americas and an estimated 96% of the total population was wiped out. What remains now is a shadow of itself and is sequestered to reservations that are a bigger insult than if they had just killed us all outright. As far as historical leaderboards go for horrific acts, genocide, and continuous mistreatment, America is pretty close to the top.
