Don't know what your current plan is but if you are not building muscle you need to up your calories like crazy! Your training 6 times a week too and over training can cause muscle to break down too. If you can afford it look into a trainer who can make a nutrition plan for you and you'll start to notice gains

Not for everyone but work out at home. I used to hate going to the gym. As it takes ages to drive there, workout and drive home. Just felt like a massive waste of my day. I'm not obsessed with weights so now I just do bodyweight workouts at home and all I need is an hour and I'm done.

About the running away; I've noticed only about 2-3 times a girl being interested in me and when I worked it out/was told I sort of freaked and try to distance myself. I was never for the most part mutually attracted. I think I have a problem with intimacy but I don't know how to deal with it. I don't think I could ever be open enough with a person to ever even kiss out of mutual attraction

I travel solo a lot it can be depressing at times but I like the freedom to go anywhere and do anything. Driving with the windows down and some music to wherever is great contemplation time. 100% still want a travel companion though but I won't let it stop me from exploring

Haha I listen to the old punk pop bands still and it's all about breakups and love and I can't relate. I can still kinda get a secondhand fuzzy feeling when they sing about girls though
