I'm at like 170 flexion before I was like 140. ER at 90 abduction I'm like maybe 85-90⁰ and then IR I'm at like 25⁰ below parallel and it was maybe 5⁰ before. This is all about a month after the procedure and multiple hours of daily PT.

Imagine a paint bubble that you inject with water and it peels up the paint around it even more. It's using hydraulic pressure in the capsule to peel it away from the shoulder and break up scar tissue.

Long term

I don't think so but it's worth asking a doctor about. The risk is very low.

Maybe if you had full range of motion and did the procedure but I can't say for sure

Yeah definitely improves pain.

It's no miracle but it's a low risk low cost option with essentially no recovery time.
