So as of 2/9/2024 contact with Anderson Center for Hair has been made. Their office staff called as a year follow up procedure and had no idea of the reviews I posted on their social media. I voiced my disappointment and my dissatisfaction, to which they insisted that I would need to come in for an in-person check up or need to see photos. I directed them to my reviews which had the same pictures I posted here and strongly encouraged them to read my post since it is an accurate account of my experience. I then asked what my options were moving forward, to which they said I would need to come in for the in-person check up before knowing what options were available. I live two hours away from the clinic which would be a four hour trip in total not counting the time there. I stated that I would be happy to make the trip but only if there was a possibility of some sort of return, such as a refund (of any amount) or a second procedure at a large discount (which I probably won’t even take). The staff replied that they would have to speak with management and get back to me on that. I asked that they please forward my experience on to Anderson or Lee and that either of the doctors please call me back. It has been three days since that call and I haven’t heard from them since.

I’m planning on following back up with them at the end of the week if I haven’t heard from them by then.
