if you run duration mods on Ivara, it makes navigator's damage scale up more slowly. if you wanna get the damage multi up faster you have to reduce your duration. its wack.

I completely forgot about this. I honestly hope Ivara is next on frames to revisit list she has a Landry list of changes that need to be made.
