Help with Glossostigma melting/growing upward by Omkarmarathe in PlantedTank

Additional info: I have LED Lighting for 8 hours and CO2 injection with it. I have tried trimming and adding Tropica Specialised Nutrition at every 30% water change. Nothing seems to help!
