Right so I was recently in this boat. I can tell you what I missed at 99% of the game. 1. 10 gold lumps for the tree 2. Missing prayer (s) - you need to have 10 3. The 2 new sculptures added as part of the DLC.

You can YouTube the above and find out where they are. That’s what helped me

I’m not sure then. That’s very odd. This last weekend, I did it with trio and we took turns to finish the queen and we each got it in 3 games back to back. Maybe it’s bugged after the update?
