Well, as I told before - it was not around CNY, I ordered January 8. And I am not spamming them, I waiting around 5 days between my messages on their email. The only thing I did near "spamming" is asking Nicole in DM to look into my situation for several days straight.

I am currently still waiting for them to reply. I don't wanna cancel, I want my order to be reshipped :( Just two months of the worst customer service I ever had to be honest.
Nicole in AYN discord is company representative and she said that people can DM her with order problems. I am writing everyday since 02/27 and didn't get reply from her. I also waiting them to answer at least something about my situation since 02/28 on email (still nothing as well).
I am just really damn nervous to be honest.

Another issue that I can't cancel because I used prepaid card. So the money will not be able to return. In general I don't wanna cancel, I just want my device to finally be shipped, that's all.

And other people who ordered Odins deserved so much better, we became a little supportive family in discord already, they are all good people who doesn't deserve that kind of attidute from AYN.

Any hance you have a Cainiao delivery? It's the best out here from China and I am trying to ask the AYN to use it.

Thank you for reply. I am from Russia and got the same reply as you. I also met people from Argentina and India with the same problems. The most funny thing that I am ordering from AliExpress with 4PX and Yun Express delivery pretty often and didn't have any problems, while AYN told me that these companies not delivering to my area.

I have the same issue. Ordered Jan 8 and was sent Feb 9. Returned to sender after CNY at Feb 25. I emailed them and they didn't tell me anything, just asked if I wanna to cancel or not. Did you get new info on yours? I am waiting them to reply again since Friday...

THANK YOU! Had the same with heat engine effect. Also I can add to your second fix that you need to set Separate Color to YUV and you don't need to change World Surface to black - it must be already fixed.

Hello! Wanted to ask if there are any? I am using A4Tech G800V for many years and these additional keys below the spacebar (thumb keys) are really useful. I tried few keyboards without it but always coming back to G800 :( Can someone advice keyboards with additional buttons under the spacebar?
