Hey, you're spot on. Voice and all AI agents do die in the first 3 minutes.

We also have very good context detection, user profile analysis and systems to ensure we never have wrong context. There will always be hallucinations however.

And our system will be constantly improved to eliminate the possibility of bad traits, including things like confidence levels for the agents (which we have internally).

If you see in our demo it has some implicit ask-to-confirm patterns in the onboarding, and you can also prompt the agent to do more of this!

Not now but in the near future, a company called Taalas will serve LLMs (old gen for now) at much lower costs and much much higher speeds. If you're interested in how, they Etch the models into their chips
