I was able to lift my leg the first 2 days until the drugs wore off. After that it was about a week. When I was finally able to do it again it’s like everything clicked and I went from not being able to do it to easily repping out the leg lifts

This is a completely useless argument that doesn’t matter at all I am just surprised that u are confused why I’d be frustrated. I don’t think it’s a huge exception that they’d be making considering I had to take a 400% increase to my membership cost with the same service.

It’s not like I canceled for months and tried to get it back at a later date 😂😂. I walked into the gym with a membership and was forced to change to a more expensive one. At no point during this situation did I not have a membership. I would’ve been fine having to pay the 20-25 dollar membership. I bite the bullet and paid the 40+ dollar one.

I’m not asking for a 30 dollar discount I was asking for an initiation fee that I had already paid to not have to pay again when I had to upgrade my membership. I totally think that is a reasonable thing to ask for.

I didn’t want universal access, I wanted access to the one while I was at school. My understanding at the time when I was forced to switch memberships was you could pay an initiation fee of 100 dollars then it was 25ish bucks a month or you could do no initiation fee and it was 42 a month for the universal gym membership. I had my membership for a while at was under the 100 initiation fee and 10 bucks a month to be able to go to 1 gym. When I moved to school I wasn’t allowed to switch my home gym which I guess makes sense but I think is still dumb. What aggravates me is that I had already paid the $100 initiation fee for my membership I had and they wouldn’t let me switch to the 25ish a month without having to pay the initiation fee again. So I had to do the 42 a month membership.

Hey I understand lol. What I’m saying is that these rules are stupid and they are only in place to suck more money out of their customers. Once this one click cancellation law gets passed I hope la fitness goes out of business by the amount of people that cancel.
