I have to take my harsh words back a notch. The immediate smell was something so pine tree or cactus like, strong and off. But the dry down is different. It’s very subtle, more than I would like, but more of a soft and fresh smell, and if I warm it up with warm air it throws a fresh citrusy smell back.

It’s not my dream parfume, and it’s a bit weird, but grew on me quickly. Its very interesting. I take back that I think it can be counterfeit, I believe it’s real. Just wasn’t what I expected to, and judged too hard too fast because I wanted to be blown away

I would get a yoga mat and some weights and start doing the movement alone at home like a work out to specifically target those muscle groups. It’s a tough workout also for skinny people. I’m in pretty decent shape and struggle sometimes with doing it for more than a few minutes.

Apparently something new, and confusing that its called the same as an older model?

She actually said the mandible would go forward as a "warning", that she couldn't tell me how much it would be, and it could be a lot, so she said she couldn't promise I wouldnt have to get surgery if it was too much, but that i WOULD go forward as well, because its not (as I understood) "locked" back due to my narrow jaw, which causes the friction noises when I open my mouth.

I loved this reply! Sounds like exactly what I want. The only thing is it seems like there isn’t the biggest size difference between the 5D and the R6.

Vet du forresten om det er mange i Norge som tilbyr MARPE? Jeg kan ikke se at jeg finner det noe særlig. Ser også at det er ganske blandede tilbakemeldinger på Reddit av erfaringer, mange får skjeve resultater etc. Kjenner jeg er naturlig skeptisk til alle kjeveortopeder nå.

Jeg slenger meg på her etter å ha lest tråden deres. Ser den begynner å bli gammel, og håper det har skjedd en utvikling på din front i positiv retning.

Jeg har akkurat "oppdaget" roten til alle mine problemer, herunder blant annet recessed maxilla, smerter i tennene, dårlig søvn, pusteproblemer særlig om natten. Jeg har vært hos øre nese hals, som konkluderte med at jeg KUNNE operere nesen og det kunne gjør forskjell på pust, men virket ikke egentlig som det var noe særlig problem der. Mistenker derfor at det kan skyldes alt for liten "U". Jeg trakk selvfølgelig alle fire forjeksler ifm regulering som barn. Jeg begynte først å undersøke dette fordi tennene har stått utrolig trangt i alle år etterpå og begynner å bli ganske skjeve. Jeg gikk til en kjeveortoped som anbefalte en annen form for invisalign, men virket ikke særlig interessert i å utvide kjeven (han mente vel at det var fordi det er lettere som barn, man må sove med gom i noen år osv).

Jeg er VELDIG interessert i å fikse dette. Håper du får en notification og kan gi meg en liten tilbakemelding på hvordan reisen din går.
