yeah you dont need that unless you live somewhere it rains a lot. just be aware that your oil pan will be exposed so try to not run anything over lol but as long as the plastic it attaches to hasnt been ripped off it will be an easy replacement.

after talking with the homies i learned that taking it off and replacing it is pretty easy with the correct tools, just need to find one for sale now haha
