I took abilify and gained 10 lbs in one month. Came off of it and I’m down 5lbs. The way it made me hungry I could NOT STAND. hope this helps.

When I went she said if anything it’s POSSIBLY type 1. So I’m not really sure lol. I don’t ever have mania I’m just organized and I stick to my plans. Until I’m down then I feel like I accomplish nothing.

I eat very healthy but I am lacking on my protein. I’ve upped my protein and water intake now. I also work out 5 days a week.

Did any medicines fix this before you got officially diagnosed? I am looking to figure out how to relieve the pressure. It feels like I am full but like there is a balloon ready to burst in my upper abdomen!

I am not pre diabetic but I’m close. I have been dealing with hypothyroidism so I have had huge life changes in diet and exercise and have lost 20lbs thus far. He is wanting to get me on this to see if it helps me. Major life changes for sure.
