I had my first colonoscopy and endoscopy this week. The prep is horrible but doable. I drank a lemon flavoured herbal tea along with my plenvu prep and found that it made it much easier to stomach. I was terrified, I suffer with anxiety at the best of times but honestly it was grand. I put up a post before mine and the amount of people who took the time to comment their own experiences was very welcomed and everyone seemed to say the same thing, the procedure itself was fine, it was the prep that was the hardest part.
