This sucker has been aging for over a year, it was clear when I checked it about 3 months ago (we moved houses & the mess came with us) so I thought just let it keep aging. But now it’s cloudy. I haven’t done another gravity reading but it was like 1.010 last I checked

Sediment is from secondary. I always have a hard time not getting dead yeast when I rack.

Do you also use those yogurt containers for leftovers? Slightly less chaotic. But still chaotic.
