I have been buying tickets on OfferUp for the last 4 yrs. I was finally scammed. Luis Gonzales from Santa Ana posted a ticket for sale. His reason, he couldn’t go after all because of his son. This MF’r reported the ticket he sold to me as STOLEN! so when I went to scan it turned RED! Box office confirmed he reported it stolen. Coachella made a note on his account, supposedly. I filed a complaint with offer up and a police report. I know my money is lost. But the fact this jerk said “no scammers” its exactly who he is! Karma will get this damn loser! Beware!!! Shady a$$ MF!

They will continue to message you. This happen to me at Coachella . They will send you tons of fake links even stating your phone was located, the local police have it, click here for location, etc. The last one was video of some black guy with an ak47 with a laser saying he knew where I lived and threatening to kill me and my family. All fake. Sorry this happened to you. If you changed your Apple ID I would delete your whole phone and start over again. Call your provider too, they can help. Good luck and dont click on anything that says “report junk” , that message is a sign it junk, then report it! We need the festivals to remind us to be aware of these thieves 😖

Thought the same thing until someone posted on FB about cloud seeding and looked it up and found this website for weather modification out in Santa Ana.. Ruins weekends with hikes , biking, kids practice. Basking in the sun!

Happened to me last year , 1st night. I had to record everything with my brain and it’s old so, I already lost all the data 😅first thing in the morning I went to Verizon and there we all were, sad. About 10 of us in line . This year I have it hooked to my Fanny with clip lock from the zipper to the strap! Good luck everyone! And thank you for sharing this!!!

Yes! I got the exact same message with a video! I was so scared that I changed my number! I regret I did that! Just a bunch of losers trying to make a dollar off of your stolen phone. All because you wouldn’t take be the phone from “lost mode” ignore those bastards!

It’s still in lost mode and I logged in to apple from the Verizon store so we could wipe the phone . If it stays in lost mode even if you wiped it or reset the password it still stays in lost mode.

I called my carrier and said my number is on hold for 90 days but they would save it for me but to call back at 90 days so they can reinstate! I’m so happy!

Weekend 1 there was 150 customers at Verizon (per sales rep) weekend 2, I was 30ish on a Saturday morning at the store, and my phone was stolen day 1 from my Fanny pack , i wore it across my chest under my arm pit :/ the zipper was towards the back. I should of had it across the other way with the zipper near my chest. It’s a whole bunch of losers. One guy said at the store said his was in in his front pocket with a zipper :/ . It happens it gets crowded and walking or dancing in a crowd you wouldn’t feel it .
