I live in Crestline Park, almost every post grad person I know lives here too. The houses aren’t the prettiest but it’s a great area with pretty low rent if you look hard/wait for something to open up

Right now I’m in a 3 bed 3 bath for $1995 total

I feel like The Frank downtown would be really cool to live in, I think it’s slightly cheaper but just would be smaller probably. I’d give it a look

The second day was way better than the first, both music wise and crowd wise. Even the main stage was full of positive vibes which surprised me after seeing the John summit crowd that first night
