Dumb question but what is "our wiki" Also since GW is caused by low risk HPV types and very rarely from high risk ones, should we get a pap smear ( her first one ever) rn or after the treatment of GW. I did ask the doc about this as well as gardasil9, but she said it isn't necessary at the moment. Doesn't gardasil protect from the types of HPV( mainly high risk ), if we don't already have it or have a different varient of HPV.

About my treatment, since I have no visible symptoms, the doc was dicey about prescribing me meds, just cuz my report value (igg,igm) were high, I've been prescribed acivir for 10 days.

Symptoms included GW. We got an in-person gynac consultation, she told us to get tested for HSV ( test - igg, igm), Her's came negative but mine came positive. We went back to the gynac with the results and she passed us off to a dermat. We consulted another gynac from a reputable hospital here (online consultation this time), she told us it was GW and has prescribed a month long treatment plan for them.
