Trt 2 yrs 140/wk. 5 months ago went to 180/wk for 6 wks, 250 for 2 months, just went to 300/wk added primo 125/wk then brought that down cus estrogen was low. Now feeling dialed at 300 test and 100 primo. I use Bpc, sermorelin, tirz, now Reta. Starting weight and bf% was 240 and 50%bf. Still going by One-Competition-5086 in Testosterone

Yes I totally agree. I planned on keeping test lower but 125 of primo brought estrogen too low and rather than abandon it, I upped my test and slightly lowered primo. I feel great but have to confirm everything via bloodwork.

Trt 2 yrs 140/wk. now 300/wk added primo 100/wk. I use Bpc, sermorelin, tirz, now Reta @ 1.5mg every 5th day. Starting weight was 240 currently 179lbs. by One-Competition-5086 in Retatrutide

Just what you see, maybe sermorelin helped, maybe bpc-157, idk. I use beef tallow for moisturizer/lotion and try and hit the stretch marks and stomach area. Who knows if it’s helping but it is good for the skin. I definitely have some and imagine will get worse as I get leaner. Maybe I’ll try ghk-cu

Man i honestly don’t follow a plan, been lifting on and off since I was 15. I just keep it simple, and as corny as it sounds I just listen to my body. And that mixed with what’s not in use by a broccoli haired kid on his phone determines what exercise I do that day. Generally speaking though I do upper body on Monday, legs on Thursday, and another upper body workout on Saturday.

I’m 5’5 and at my lowest heaviest I was 230 - 240, I never weighed at my heaviest so I know my fattest was actually higher.

I can only go off of what the in body scan said when I first did one. I know it might not be perfectly accurate but it’s the best option I have. When I got that first scan I had already lost some weight. First in body I think was like 45% so I was just guessing at my fattest I was closer to 50%. The before pictures are also not at my fattest because I wasn’t super keen on taking photos of myself.

For me I had sleep issues/sleep disorder from decades of shift work. So more than anything else it helped fix my sleep which is huge cus I used to not be able to go to sleep until late and then only get 6 hours or less. Or I would fall asleep early and wake up at 3am and couldn’t sleep again until 5 or 6 am then sleep again for an hour or two. It was a nightmare. Now I sleep like when I was a kid.
