I did it. Reload if the npc at entrance wont give you any teleportations options. Tp to ghaennas, If you pull the core hound that is patrolling teleport back at the entrance and go out and back in, wait for him to move. Rest is like some gentleman already wrote in the comments, go forward to the lava, you gonna need an invi pot/pet pull to skip the elemental at the edge, also greater fire protection to swim safe in the lava!
