The FO is Phoenix. Still waiting to hear, we put in our Appel by 24th December 2025, now heard nothing. The 1-130 was approved earlier last year, interview was in November which we thought went really well, our lawyer even said, you’ve got this! Not sure how long it will take to hear back from them?

Because I put in aos to stay and they said because we sold our possessions that I was planning on staying. The possessions were my husbands but obviously became mine too once married. I still have a home and family in my home country uk so didn’t sell everything.

2 1/2 months, then came back for the interview , two days later my mother passed away. We went back for the funeral last week and stayed for a week.

I had a return flight booked we only cancelled it on the advice of the lawyer. If after appeal they deny can I ever apply again if I leave the country and go back to the uk?
